As part of Vention's EMEA team expansion, reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for executing MRP, inventory, and inbound logistics operations, while supporting supplier risk management and cross-functional coordination with the extended Supply Chain, Operations Sales and engineering teams.

What You’ll Do
Own of the overall Supply MRP process, including daily and mid term execution
Local suppliers performance review and risk assessment jointly with the Supply Chain DirectorInbound logistics & customs tracking follow-up with carriers, and logistics team in Montreal incl risk assessment mitigation
Maintain & assess key supply chain KPIs reporting dashboards (OTD, inventory turns, fill rate)
Responsible for Inventory health, issues related to inbound/ inventory investigations and drive concrete recommendations.
Ensure effective engagement, collaboration and cooperation with internal clients and suppliers
Work closely with the Montreal Team on NPIs, end of life parts management, master data updates.
Work collaboratively with the Operations Team to support Orders planning and scheduling and ensure on time parts delivery and flag risks.
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Supply Chain Business degree;
You bring 5+ years’ experience in global procurement, Supply chain position
Strong analytical and data skills (Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL or data analysis tools a strong plus).
You have excellent communication skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary team;
You have Excellent organizational skills and pay close attention to details. Your work is always up to date.
A curiosity to learn, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to contribute to something meaningful
APICS or SCMP certification is an asset
Fluent English required; German is a plus
